Slowly, it turns into:

• chronic fatigue
• emotional instability
• pressure without a clear reason.
Our bodies translate those feelings into stress and then chronic fatigue and unexplained physical symptoms

How we think, how we feel, how we act, how we rest, how we deal with pain and how we control desire. It gives us principles, that move with our nature.
يُرِيدُ ٱللَّهُ بِكُمُ ٱلۡيُسۡرَ وَلَا يُرِيدُ بِكُمُ ٱلۡعُسۡرَ
The Prophet ﷺ used to sleep after Isha and wake up at Fajr.
وَجَعَلْنَا اللَّيْلَ لِبَاسًا وَجَعَلْنَا النَّهَارَ مَعَاشًا
Our bodies are designed for rhythm. When we stay up late, consume too much, scroll too much and watch too much. our bodies become very tired
What is maghrib to fajr?

It teaches you that not every desire should control you.and its creates structure in your day and brings your focus back.
The Quran Is Healing
When you live by it in your daily live, your emotions calm down even your reactions become balanced. and your mind becomes clearer.
